Privacy

This explains what Stoney's Elite Detail collects when you use this website, why, and how it's looked after.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number, and your business name if you ask for a fleet quote.
• Details of your vehicle, and the photos you choose to upload.
• The service address, if you ask for mobile detailing.
• Your quotes, bookings and payment status for jobs we do for you.

Why we collect it

Only to prepare your quote, arrange and carry out your booking, keep records of the work we do, and contact you about it. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising, and we don't send marketing emails.

Photos

Vehicle photos are stored privately and can only be viewed by us. Location data embedded in phone photos is removed when they're uploaded.

Where it's stored

Information is stored with our database and hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel), emails are sent through Resend, spam checks on the quote form use Cloudflare Turnstile, and payments and invoices are handled by Square. These providers may store data outside Australia.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing Kaiden@StoneysElitedetail.com or calling 0458 811 873.
